And, what are the bets that the "No" votes got approval from Israel and the big billionaire honchos from the  Jewish diaspora all around the world?  Israel of course voted "Yes" for obvious reasons.
  
Not having the ability to recognize one's enemies can mean only one of two things. 
You think you are super smart and can outwit the enemy after you get whatever it is you want from the enemy;

You have given in to your suicidal tendencies.
