Macron is poised to send French troops to Syria without that country's invitation but is wily enough to save French taxpayers' money by not sending additional French troops to France's colony of Mali and instead get our foolish and immature Prime Minister agree to put Canadians in harm's way on France's behalf.
What's going on??
